Terms and Conditions
GOODS
1.1 The minimum total invoice amount for despatch is £50.00 net
1.2 Moulding - Mouldings will be despatched in full lengths only which will vary between 2.4 and 3mtrs in length - please order in metres. Orders will be completed accurately with a margin of error of +/-10%.
Mountboard - The minimum quantity for despatch is 5 Sheets. A packing box will be charged at £1.50 per order, for orders of less than 20 sheets of Mountboard.
1.2 The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt but equitable and beneficial ownership shall remain with us until full payment has been received.
1.3 All claims for short delivery or damages must be made within 48 hours of delivery and confirmed in writing within 5 working days.
1.4 Should any item be out of stock please re-order as we do not hold back-orders.
PRICING
2.1 Prices shown should be used as a guide only. All goods will be invoiced at the price ruling on the date of despatch.
2.2 VAT - Prices do not include VAT. This will be charged at the standard rate.
2.3 Method of payment is by debit or credit card only.
DELIVERY
3.1 FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERIES, ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 10 am.
FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY on orders over £130.00 net. Excluding islands/remote mainland/exception areas*.Next Day Delivery on orders below £130.00 - £15.00 excluding islands/remote mainland/exception areas
99% of all orders are delivered next day - Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available at extra cost. We reserve the right to charge additional carriage on heavy items i.e. Hardboard/MDF
3.2 Deliveries to Scottish Islands/remote areas/exception areas: FREE delivery on orders over £300.00 net.
Orders between £130.00 & £300.00 net - Please add an additional £3.00
Minimum order value for Islands, Remote areas and Exception areas is £130.00 net.
*Exception areas are London postcodes, Cornwall, Powys/Dyfed/Anglesey/Gwnedd, and Isle of Wight
Carriage on deliveries to Northern/Southern Ireland tbc.
3.3 Customers accept full responsibility for receiving goods - we cannot specify times of delivery, although an alternative delivery address may be given at time of order.
RETURNS
4.1 Returns Policy - our company's on-line shopping policy is to provide a full refund assuming returned goods are received in the same condition as despatched. Carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer but will be refunded if the fault lies with FW Holroyd.

5.1 On-Line Ordering is quick and efficient. Prices are only visible to registered customers - requirements are an e-mail address and password. We are continuously striving to improve our service and welcome your feedback.
5.2 F W Holroyd has not given or implied a warranty to any particular item and its purpose. The determiniation of this is the sole responsibility of the customer and our liability is, in any event, strictly limited to the invoice value of the relevant item.
